Children Young People and Families Partnership is one of the 4 Thematic Delivery Partnerships within Wigan Borough Partnership the Local Strategic Partnership for Wigan Borough.
The Partnership works to deliver Outcome 4 of the 2008-2011 Local Area Agreement (LAA)
This is also laid out in the Children & Young People's Plan (CYPP) 2008-2011 developed by Wigan Councils Children & Young People's Services department.
