Economy Environment Culture Housing Partnership (EECH)

The Economy, Environment, Culture and Housing Partnership (EECH) is one of the 4 Thematic Delivery Partnerships within Wigan Borough Partnership.

The Partnership is led by an Executive Board who has developed and agreed a  Terms of Reference (.pdf, 451kb) outling the roles and responsiblities of its members.

Each of the 4 partnerships that make up the EECH partnership have different areas of work and responsibilities.  They work to manage and deliver actions and services that support the following srategies and plans:

• Worklessness (Way to Work website) (external link) and Working Neighbourhood Fund
• Climate Change, Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan,  Local Development Framework, Local Transport Plan and Waste Management.
• Cultural Olympiad, Tourism & Festivals (WLCT website) (external link)
• Housing Strategy
