Wigan Borough Partnership hosted its 10th Anniversary Partnership Convention at the DW Stadium on Friday 5th February 2010. Over 240 people representing a wide range of partner organisations from across the borough got together to celebrate partnership achievements over the last 10 years.
Peter Smith, Council Leader who is Chair of the WBP Board welcomed everyone to this 10th Anniversary event and keynote speakers really got delegates thinking about what a difference they can make if they work together. The varied programme of workshops and activities gave people the opportunity to be creative about some of the big issues facing the borough over the coming years.
